DME – Nature Walk

What to bring: water, sunscreen, hat, snack &/or lunch

Suggested Donation to SFVHBT:  $10 / adult; children FREE

Join us 8:00 am at the amphitheater to the right of the parking lot to get an early start to spend the morning outdoors with family and friends. There are several trails to choose from beginning with a casual stroll along the paved Heritage Trail and view a historical mural. There is also the Ecology Trail which is less than a mile and the Canyon Trail which is longer and includes crossing streams
stepping on rocks.

The Nature Center is filled with the sights and sounds of local wildlife and we may even get to visit up close with a rescued barn owl and red tailed hawk. There are picnic tables where we can relax and enjoy snacks or eat lunch.
