Only $100 will qualify you for all 4 quarterly drawings (with a winning prize of $200 per each quarterly drawing) and for the final drawing with a winning prize of

$2,500

The Final Drawing will be held during the Temple’s 2025 Annual General Meeting.

  1. Send in a check payable to SFVHBT (“PD” and your email or phone number on the memo line) to 9450 REMICK AVE., PACOIMA, CA 91331
  2. Enter by Zelle to sfvhbt@sfvhbt.org (specify “PD”; include your email address or phone number
  3. Enter with PayPal (specify “PD”; include your email address or phone number).

All entries received by April 5, 2024 will be eligible for all 5 drawings (4 quarterly drawings and the grand prize drawing of $2,500). The first quarterly drawing will be held on April 7, 2024 after our hybrid April Shotsuki service. Subsequent drawings will be held in July and October 2024, and February 2025.
